Clinical Supervision Training for Site Supervisors

The counselor education program at Columbus State University is proud to offer, with permission from the authors, a clinical supervision training program for site supervisors in clinical mental health counseling and school counseling.  This online, self-guided clinical supervision training has been used throughout the United States both in stand-alone professional development and in graduate clinical supervision courses at universities.

Published by Allyn & Bacon and used in centers and counseling graduate courses, Dr. Michael Baltimore and Dr. Lori Brown created this interactive training program to aid in the training of clinical supervisors. The exercises in the training manual support concepts and principles of clinical supervision. Once each training manual chapter is completed, the participant can review any chapter to refresh their learning experience. 

16 chapters in all,  additional materials include video scenarios, interactive cases & course material.

This complete training program will allow you to provide clinical supervision to our counselors-in-training and is designed to provide ongoing professional development  for you, our partners in training.
